We use evidence-based and solution-focused therapy and counseling while making room for culture, identity, work, relationships and the realities of everyday life. The goal is not simply to talk about a problem, but to understand patterns and build changes that work outside the session.
Private pay, insurance and EAP access.
Private pay is available at $250 per session. Therapy may also be available through Aetna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Oscar or eligible Lyra, BHS/Revive and Spring Health workplace benefits. Eligibility is verified before scheduling.
Is therapy completely virtual?
Yes. Appointments are delivered by secure telehealth while you are physically located in a state where Nikita is licensed.
Can I use insurance?
Aetna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare and Oscar may be accepted depending on the plan and clinical fit. Benefits are verified before scheduling.
Can my employer benefit cover therapy?
Eligible Lyra, BHS/Revive or Spring Health benefits may cover sessions for employees and sometimes family members. Submit the consultation form so the office can verify the route.
